First Name & Last Name: Your first name and the initial of your last name may be displayed publicly with your note. Your full last name is collected but will never be displayed.
Email Address (Optional): We collect your email address only to communicate with you if necessary regarding your submission (e.g., a data deletion request). It will never be displayed publicly or used for marketing.
Location Data (Country, City, State, Zip Code): Your city, state, and country are used to place a pin on our public map and are displayed with your note. The zip code is used to improve geolocation accuracy and is not displayed.
Your Note (Optional): If you provide a note, it will be displayed publicly on the Site.
We use your browser's Geolocation API to verify your location for form eligibility. This location data is used only for the one-time check and is not stored or tracked.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes. The only information displayed publicly is your first name, last initial, city, state, country, and your note.
This is a non-commercial project. We will never solicit payments, donations, or any form of compensation.
